  1. I think it would be a great idea to add an option that removes all of the extra spacing between the icons in the tray/notification area. With the option selected, the amount of spacing in the tray would return to that of the previous versions of Windows.

  2. I'd find it very convenient if I could go back to the standard window menu but still be able to right-click a taskbar button and close it without the window coming into focus. Thank you for creating such a useful program :)

  3. When we have two or more rows of space in the taskbar, the buttons in the taskbar are not well organized

In WIN XP the taskbar buttons are kept exactly the same size, and this keeps buttons exactly aligned.

In WIN 7 the size buttons are messy when we have more rows in taskbar and lots of windows opened

  4. A possibility to show a date time in a custom format (incl. week number) in the tray will be useful. This did tclock.exe for many years for millions of users.
In W7 you can see a time only, or you have to make the entire task bar 2 times so tall. And there is no week number

  5. In Windows 8, there is a multi-monitor taskbar support and it is possible to select the option to "Show taskbar buttons on:" "Taskbar where window is open".

However, choosing this option doesn't offer you the ability to pin the program to secondary taskbars. I don't know if it's possible but please consider adding this feature. It'll FIX Windows 8's multi-monitor.

  7. In XP and Vista, the total number of combined windows was shown. Windows 7 Milestone 2 also showed it but it was removed for some reason.

  8. The option "Left click on the active thumbnail minimizes the window" works only if it has only one thumbnail (which minimizes the window with or without this option). Can you fix it so that if there are several thumbnails in one window (for example several tabs in IE) it minimaizes window? For now with or without this option it changes to the next tab in IE. In old version 1.0 it works correctly.

  9. When placing the taskbar on either side of the screen, I would like the start orb to be at the bottom. Windows 7 always places it at the top and there is no option to change it. Please add an invert taskbar option to flip the taskbar so the orb is at the bottom.

  13. choosing taskbar band color and taskbar icon box color separately
There are some tries at getting this done, but available programs don't really work well. Such a software will really be a hit since this is arguably the most common complaint about W7.

  14. I've searched Google, but have only run across the possibility by running yet another program... Changing the time formats within Win7 still doesn't do it. ... And since I run Taskbar Tweaker anyways... ;)

    Thanks.

  16. I like my taskbar vertical. In previous versions of windows, when there was too many buttons to display, it would put them into two (or more) columns. In windows 7, it instead creates a horrible scrollbar which you must use to switch between views.
Could the old multiple-column layout be restored?

  18. When you click on a taskbar button for an open program and move your mouse upwards, it pops up the jump list. It would be great to have an option to disable this feature, as there is no built-in to Windows option to do it.
