  2. I would like to have an option that, doing double-click on an empty space of the taskbar, the pinned icons change to other size available.

    i.e.
If the taskbar shows icons in big size, when I do double-click on the taskbar, the icons set to small size view.
And, If the taskbar shows icons in small size, when I do double-click on the taskbar, the icons set to big size view.

  3. Is it possible to adjust the size of the windows? Such a thing would be more useful while maintaining full. Thanks

  4. An option to make a window stay always-on-top (and one to terminate/kill it's process) by clicking the taskbar thumbnail.

Scrolling over the taskbar thumbnails passes the scroll messages to they’re respective windows (like the Tab Scope extension of Firefox).

Force thumbnails for minimized windows to keep updating.  Only Windows Media Player currently does this, afaik.

    • more thumbnail scroll wheel options:
    • using the scroll wheel to re-organize grouped windows (wheel would move the window that is initially under the cursor)
    • consecutively maximize/restore/minimize several grouped windows
    • start Flip 3D

  5. I find it so annoying that the preview/list shows up for single items. There should be an option to show a preview or list for only combined items.

  6. Hi. I really like the program but seems to have issue with my setup - Windows 7 64bit with Duel Monitors. I have the Taskbar setup in the XP style using the Quicklanch toolbar and have 7 Taskbar Tweaker configured on defaults except not to group and not to combine. When tasks are spread across the monitors switching between tasks does not always work and the clicked on task just flashes and does not activate the task's window. The only way to get the task to show it's window is to minimize all windows and then click the task. I'm…

  7. Windows 7 offers different actions when middle clicking on a taskbar button compared to middle clicking on a taskbar pop-up preview.

Taskbar Tweaker has configuration settings for middle clicking on a taskbar button, but it has no setting to define what happens when you middle click on a taskbar pop-up preview.

By default, middle clicking on the preview pop-up causes the application to close, but I'd rather have the close function happen when middle clicking on the taskbar button itself. I'd therefore like middle clicking on a preview pop-up to do something else (so that the same 'close' function is…

  8. Sometimes, dozens of old baloon popups start popping up again, which is really annoying. If you manage to find out what causes this and fix it, it would be great.

  10. I'd like to have my taskbar vertical, but it takes up way too much space (width). Would be awesome to have it as thin as the horizontal is when using small icons.

  11. There are gaps to be removed even if using vertical tasbar instead of the horizontal one. Please make the option work for vertical taskbar as well.

  15. This is a feature I would be happy to pay for.

You can change an apps ID to be 'random' and therefore break it out as its own window/taskbar item but is not remembered when the instance terminates and reloads.

An example is the add-on 'DownThemAll' for Firefox. I like grouping but not for this add-on as I am constantly switching between Firefox and the download manager window.

I realise that I can permanently ungroup for the Firefox app ID but I'd prefer not to as I prefer keeping the taskbar organised (expect in certain circumstances).

    Thanks

  16. When you left mouse click a grouped button, I would like all the windows of this group to open up in the state they were in before they got unfocused. By state I mean minimized/maximized, on top/on bottom, etc.

I will give you an example so you can understand it better.

Let’s say I have three PDF-files open, each in it’s own window. One is minimized, a second is maximized, and a third is windowed hovering above the second (maximized) window. The third window is in focus.
Next, I open my webbrowser. After a while I want to open the…

  17. Some programs (jDownloader, µTorrent) have randomly generated IDs.

If 7TT taskbar inspector could always assign a specific ID when apps like these are launched, then their always/never group/label settings wouldn't be forgotten between instances.

  18. 1.Ctrl+A to select all. 2. A checkbox is needed to hide display of non-running pinned apps. Checkbox state should get saved. 3. AppID should be a separate column and the first column should be one which fetches the name of the app.

  19. The ability to adjust the [hot spot] zone of an auto hiding windows 7 Taskbar. In my case I like the task bar in vertical / right hand side mode. If I could adjust the pointer arrow striking * response zone (of the right edge of monitor) to just the middle or lower right hand side of the screen, the task bar would NOT accidentally keep reappearing when I overshoot the close button of any app at top right of screen / or same with scroll bar. This would be such a useful feature for all or any of the…
