  2. Hi, is the website down? I always get the "there is a new version" notification, but the website rammichael.com is empty, says "bplaced.net Sorry, this page is not available any more, error 404. "

  4. I wouldn't normally suggest this but since you've ALREADY introduced volume controls to the program...

I mostly don't care about adjusting the volume. I just want to mute/unmute the volume easily.

Right now, you have to click the volume icon and then click the speaker icon to mute/unmute. I think there should be an option to middle-click the volume icon to toggle mute/unmute. Middle clicking the volume icon now does nothing and I can't think of a better option!

  7. Say you have a group of applications open dedicated to a specific project. By middle clicking on the tab group, it permanently remains opened for quick ergonomic access, while surrounding, less important applications remain grouped together. Middle clicking the perma-open group a second time will close it.

  8. Installing the application into a new computer means that the configuration starts from 0 each time. IMHO It's more practical for people that work with several computers to simply carry the settings within the application. Also this means that applications become fully portable.

  9. I am enjoying the new version 3.0. But, I found a bug! (Don’t worry--it's pretty small.)
It happens with 'Decombine Active Group' enabled and 'Decombine On Mouse Hover' disabled. (And fyi, I’m running Win7HP64.) I took a few screenshots, which might help illustrate: http://i54.tinypic.com/xmo0mr.png
To reproduce, start out (1) focused on an application, then (2) click on a group. (3) It decombines as expected and all is well. (4) Click again on the focused item--it minimizes and we're back to Step1. Except, (5) the group is still decombined.
It’s not even a bad bug. I'm very pleased with the new…

  10. When the tweaker is active and I move the mouse to where the taskbar is hidden, the taskbar pops up only when I move the mouse to a segment of the taskbar where there is no task. If I hover a segment where there is a task, I get the "small screen preview" of the task, but not the full popup of the taskbar. Or is this an option I missed?

  11. When the mouse cursor is hovering a thumbnail window preview, scrolling mouse wheel up would maximise and down would minimise the window.

This would allow for a very easy window management, right from the task bar.

It would replace the old "click to restore or minimise" behaviour, which is not possible with window buttons grouped in one.

  12. When taskbar preview is disabled and taskbar buttons are set to hide labels but never combine, the tooltip is all you have to see the title of the application. I would like the tooltip delay to be shorter, not instant but a bit less.

  13. "Don't Group" Selected. When selected, opening a new instance puts the icon at the very far right of all other icons. Makes more sense to group them with their sister instances and it should open to the right of the other instance.

  14. grouping with TaskbarInspector is usefull, but to slow. Why not gouping different tasks by alt+leftClick and dragging them to another group, or out of an existing.

Its like the ChangeApplicationID (existing/random) feature of the Inspector, but directly in the taskbar and with drag'n'drop

  15. I'm experiencing error with Dexpot which is multi virtual desktop utility. Especially a feature called SevenDex always stops when 7TT launches. I guess you may have a technical idea to solve this problem. I hope you can come up with positive answer. Thanks.

  18. Enable dragging to rearrange grouped applications. Ex. If I have three Word documents open, I can drag the thumbnail of the open instances to be a different order (without using the taskbar inspector)

  19. After initial setup tweaks aren't accessed very often, and taskbar inspector (TI) becomes the most accessed dialog.

    left-click tray icon = inspector
    middle-click tray icon = tweaks

NOTE: this is especially useful for those who have functions other than TI assigned to taskbar clicks

  20. Since Windows 95/IE4 days it has been this way. Clicking a thumbnail or button when it's in the background switches to it but if it's already got the focus, clicking again minimizes it. Windows 7's taskbar changes this such that it always switches to what was clicked.
