  1. I would much prefer for repeated Win+# presses to instantly cycle between the windows of that application.

It's not quite as nice as Alt+` on OSX, but it would be a great improvement.

  2. I've searched Google, but have only run across the possibility by running yet another program... Changing the time formats within Win7 still doesn't do it. ... And since I run Taskbar Tweaker anyways... ;)

    Thanks.

  3. In Windows 8, there is a multi-monitor taskbar support and it is possible to select the option to "Show taskbar buttons on:" "Taskbar where window is open".

However, choosing this option doesn't offer you the ability to pin the program to secondary taskbars. I don't know if it's possible but please consider adding this feature. It'll FIX Windows 8's multi-monitor.

  5. Can you add that resizable vertical line separator to the pinned icons so we can organize them similar to the Quick Launch bar?

  6. I would really love it if you could somehow find a way to make the icons align to the center all dock-like. New instances of programs would open either to the left or to the right but they'll all shift a bit so as to keep themselves centered. TaskDock was the only other program to try to do this, but it was quite buggy, and the developer stopped his/her support for it.

  7. I love how much space it saves to get rid of the Show Desktop button (because I have a low resolution monitor), however, I use the Show Desktop button ALL THE TIME (I find it inconvenient to press Win+D or right click the Taskbar and click "Show the desktop" and I would LOVE to not have the button visible but keep that functionality!! Thanks.

  8. I see that you can already scroll up on a taskbar item when it's maximized to open up the window, however I noticed that scrolling up when the window is already open does NOTHING, why not implement this, would be quite useful. Also, when scrolling down once on a maximized window should restore the window, then scroll down once more to minimize.

  9. I want quick access to changing the size of the taskbar items, sometimes I prefer small, sometimes large. Holding ctrl key and scrolling the taskbar should increase size of the icons from "Use small icons" to not show small icons (toggle of an option on the Taskbar Properties window.

  12. I would like to manually control the grouping/combining of windows.

Say I've got a whole load of browser windows open - email, work, literature, other work, social, games, etc. Then I'd like all the "work" windows to combine (with the thumbnail preview on mouse hover, etc) to one icon, and the "social" windows on another icon.

I would also like to be able to manually create icons (say, dragging the thumbnails onto the taskbar) and rearrange which windows are on which icon (dragging the thumbnails onto the wanted icon).

I know the ApplicationID system might make this difficult but hopefully…

  13. Many times I want to close all windows of just only one applicaion. Like All windows of Intertet Explorer Or all Windows of Windows Explorer, leaving other apllications running.
The problem is in Decombine Mode.

In XP I could choose multiple Windows by Ctrl+LeftClick --> RightClick --> CloseAll

    I want 2 options:

    1. Adding Close Group to the RightClick Menu while decombined (Like when combined)
    2. Enable Behaiour of choosing multiple windows (like Xp), so we can choose Which Windows to close.

    CloseGroup.
Example: I want to close all windows of Internet Explorer or all windows of Windows Explorer etc

  14. Choosing different colors for different programs in all programs list in start menu, so some could stand out from the others.
Or maybe the ability to arrange and classify them into different groups.

  16. This used to work in windows XP. When an application has many open windows (for example outlook), the thumbnail preview is a vertical list. There is no scrollbar in this list, you have to "stay on top" of up and down arrows, located at the top and bottom of the window. It would be much faster and convenient to be able to use mouse wheel to scroll.

  17. Would it be possible to implement a feature that allowed the user to arbitrarily reposition taskbar elements,(start button, task buttons, notification area, clock, and show/hide desktop button). To my knowledge this feature has never been present in the Windows taskbar, but is standard practice in other taskbar/panel/etc. implementations, e.g. in most linux desktop environments, 3rd party windows taskbar/DE replacement programs, etc. Thanks.

  18. When "Always show all icons and notifications on the taskbar" is unchecked in Control Panel > Notification Area Icons, Windows 7 defaults all new tray icons to "Only show notifications". I'd like to see an option in 7 Taskbar Tweaker to change that default. As is, I waste far too much time launching the Notification Area Icons applet each and every time a new icon is created to change it to "Show icon and notifications".

Incidentally, I'd also like to be able to launch the Notification Area Icons applet by middle-clicking the "Show hidden icons" button.

  19. I think auto hide is a great feature, but bar's going up and down is very slow. I think it would be great to have the possibility to set the animation duration
