  1. The ability to adjust the [hot spot] zone of an auto hiding windows 7 Taskbar. In my case I like the task bar in vertical / right hand side mode. If I could adjust the pointer arrow striking * response zone (of the right edge of monitor) to just the middle or lower right hand side of the screen, the task bar would NOT accidentally keep reappearing when I overshoot the close button of any app at top right of screen / or same with scroll bar. This would be such a useful feature for all or any of the…

  2. This, currently, is redundant with left button dragging; brings up a jump list.
It would be more useful to have it minimize a window/grouped-windows.

  6. You know when you have that process going on in another window, but you don't want to see the whole window? It would be awesome to be able to pin the thumbnails, so you can do everything while having the progress of the other window, in a small box, right in front of everything.

  7. When the option "Disable thumbnail preview on mouse hover" is checked I would like to have the option to select applications in which I do want thumbnail preview. This is because as you know, WMP12 doesn't come with the mini player as WMP11 did and now the only way to use the controls from the taskbar is via the thumbnail preview and I dont like using the thumbnail preview for the other applications so I have them disabled with 7 Taskbar Tweaker. Thanks for this great program.

  8. Sometimes, dozens of old baloon popups start popping up again, which is really annoying. If you manage to find out what causes this and fix it, it would be great.

  9. Windows 7 offers different actions when middle clicking on a taskbar button compared to middle clicking on a taskbar pop-up preview.

Taskbar Tweaker has configuration settings for middle clicking on a taskbar button, but it has no setting to define what happens when you middle click on a taskbar pop-up preview.

By default, middle clicking on the preview pop-up causes the application to close, but I'd rather have the close function happen when middle clicking on the taskbar button itself. I'd therefore like middle clicking on a preview pop-up to do something else (so that the same 'close' function is…

  10. Hi. I really like the program but seems to have issue with my setup - Windows 7 64bit with Duel Monitors. I have the Taskbar setup in the XP style using the Quicklanch toolbar and have 7 Taskbar Tweaker configured on defaults except not to group and not to combine. When tasks are spread across the monitors switching between tasks does not always work and the clicked on task just flashes and does not activate the task's window. The only way to get the task to show it's window is to minimize all windows and then click the task. I'm…

  11. Add the option to customize the thumbnail preview size; 100% being the default we can downsize or supersize the preview.

  12. I would like to tweak the size of the pinned icons so it can be viewed at 24 x 24 pixels (Medium size), as it showed in this link: http://ludomatico.deviantart.com/art/Windows-8-Taskbar-Concept-201760737?q=gallery%3Aludomatico%2F25792352&qo=10

  14. I would like to have an option that, doing double-click on an empty space of the taskbar, the pinned icons change to other size available.

    i.e.
If the taskbar shows icons in big size, when I do double-click on the taskbar, the icons set to small size view.
And, If the taskbar shows icons in small size, when I do double-click on the taskbar, the icons set to big size view.

  16. It is easier to run frequently used programs. Also supports multi-button mice are better. For example, they can be selected:
    music player
    browser
    Calculator, etc. ...

    A Browse button is required.

  17. There is a registry tweak to show only the icons without text: Create the new entry MinWidth under HKEYCURRENTUSER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics
with the value 48. Would be nice, if it is possible to click with a mouse button in order to toggle the display of the text.

  18. For instance, if you have Notepad open with: Main document, random document, and other document, left-clicking the Notepad icon in the taskbar would always open Main document, as it's first in the list.
