An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRaMMicHaeL (Admin, moved) commentedI don't have a fresh Windows 7 to test on, but I'm pretty sure these Redistributable Package aren't needed. The installer imports nothing but standard system libraries.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRaMMicHaeL (Admin, moved) commentedThere are many programs for Windows 7 that add taskbars to secondary monitors, I can't support them all.
Windows 8, on the other hand, has multimonitor taskbar support out of the box, and the tweaker supports it. -

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRaMMicHaeL (Admin, moved) commented> I can't break groups when they are combined into a single item.
For now, the only options you have are using the "decombine on mouse hover" or "decombine active" options, or using Taskbar Inspector. As for the another thing: It happens because when you drag Skype into Outlook, you change Skype window's AppID to Outlook's. You can see it with Taskbar Inspector. To avoid this, you can right-click-drag Outlook out of the taskbar first (that will give it a random AppID), and then drag Skype into it.
An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRaMMicHaeL (Admin, moved) commentedHave you tried the "Drag within/between groups using right mouse button" option?

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRaMMicHaeL (Admin, moved) commentedIMO, it's not a good thing to allow closing multiple windows with one middle click, to avoid accidental closing. Also it's not such a frequent task, so a right click menu item fits the role.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRaMMicHaeL (Admin, moved) commentedI've tried this, and it works fine for me, the two windows don't group.
An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRaMMicHaeL (Admin, moved) commentedCreate a shortcut and pin it instead of pinning the tweaker's random App IDs.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminRaMMicHaeL (Admin, moved) commentedHow would I recognize the "DownThemAll" window?
By it's title?
Grouping by window titles is too much imo.Since v2.0, though, you can easily ungroup a button, without opening Taskbar Inspector. See here:
http://rammichael.com/7-taskbar-tweaker-v2-0
You can export the settings from the registry:
