  2. Double click pinned program to start

    Option to only start a pinned program when double-clicked. Prevents accidental starting of programs.

  3. Clicking a thumbnail of an already active/foreground window should minimize it.

    Since Windows 95/IE4 days it has been this way. Clicking a thumbnail or button when it's in the background switches to it but if it's already got the focus, clicking again minimizes it. Windows 7's taskbar changes this such that it always switches to what was clicked.

  5. Scroll Wheel Cycles Through Windows

    I would like it if the scroll wheel cycled through open windows with the cursor over the taskbar.
    It would also be great if it could adjust the master volume when over the notification area.

  6. DoubleClickTaskbar=Ctrl+Alt+Tab, MiddleClickTaskbar=ShowDesktop

    suggested for clicks on the taskbar itself

    • single clicks switch between two most recent windows
    • double click launches Ctrl+Alt+Tab or Ctrl+Win+Tab
    • middle click sends show desktop command
