    This is one of the main reasons I went back to Windows Classic Theme on my Win7 computer. However, if you like Aero, there are probably Aero-based themes that you can download to fix this.

    I'm also running a dual monitor setup on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit but have never had the problem that you describe.
