In Windows 8 I really like having a light- gray/silver window border color. But this causes the taskbar to also be light-gray, which makes the white text on the taskbar very unreadable. I've looked for a way to change the taskbar color independently from the window color, and this is the best I could find, which is close but forces the window color to always be pure white: http://www.eightforums.com/free-developer-programs-projects/8102-white-windows-windows-8-a.html anyway, I have no idea how difficult it would be to tweak the taskbar color, but it would certainly be a useful feature!
